MicroDowell designed and built the smallest UPS in the world, chosen as one of the finalists for the Industrial Design Award on account of its look, its functional characteristics and ergonomics.
From a purely technological viewpoint, MicroDowell, with their know-how in DSP systems (Digital Signal Processor) and many years of experience in the handling of time-domain signals, were the first to equip their microUPS with the Digital Scan system, a solution before now normally only used in the TV broadcasting context. The result is On-Line Sharing, a technology, currently without parallel in the sector, combining all the performances of an Interactive machine (compact dimensions, reliability, performance and costs) with the advantage of a null intervention time, typical of On-Line products.
We produce a whole range of UPS from the flexible power 700 VA to the new Enterprise series going up to 6000 VA, which can be used as self standing or as rack mounted units.
